Processing time - Orders ship within 2-3 days

Delivery times (UK) - 2-5 days depending on carrier used. 

Shipping costs (UK) - Dependant on the Lamp size/weight/time scale you've chosen / £9.50-£25

Tracking - carrier dependant

For international shipping please contact us so we can get a delivery cost to you. It all depends on your location in the world.

Returns / Damaged in transit - We take insurance out for the delivery, so if package arrives damaged you can not accept it, but we'd appreciate you taking some photos of the box, on arrival, so we can plan how to proceed. Or you can just no accept the parcel and the courier firm will contact us.
